Importing scores
Importing scores
- Click on the “Import song” button at the top left.
- The file selection dialog should open. Please note: Your screens may differ from the screenshots shown here depending on the Android version!
A. Import from local storage
- The internal memory may not be displayed on the device. Therefore, click on the three dots at the top right.
- If “Hide internal storage” is displayed here, everything is fine and you can already access the internal storage. If it says “Show internal storage”, tap this text once.
- Tap on the “Hamburger” menu at the top left.
- The internal memory should now be displayed in the menu. The menu item is usually named after your device. (In the example: P1050X)
- After tapping on the internal memory, the directory structure of your device should now be displayed.
- Navigate to the directory in which you have saved your sheet music.
- Tap on the file you want to import.
- After a short wait, the file should be opened.
B. Import from cloud storage
As a general rule, cloud storage can only be used if the associated app is installed. This means that the Google Drive app must be installed for Google Drive, the Dropbox app for Dropbox and so on.

C. Scanning scores
We recommend a dedicated document scanner app for scanning sheet music. The following free apps achieve very good results and you are not bothered too much by advertising when scanning, so we can recommend these apps with a clear conscience:
Both apps allow the scan result to be saved as an image or PDF on the local device or in a cloud storage space.
The further procedure therefore corresponds to point A or B.
