Managing your scores
A. Edit master data
- Tap on the Edit button under the song title.
- Enter the master data of the song. By default, the file name is used as the title. Enter the title and the name of the artist. This data will make it easier for you to find the song later. You can optionally assign instruments and/or genres to the song, as well as freely definable keywords. This data allows you to organize the songs later and find them more easily.
- Optionally, you can enter the tempo and time signature of the piece here. This will later be used by the built-in metronome to accompany you when you play the piece. However, this data can also be adjusted in the sheet music view. Changes to the tempo and time signature during the piece, can also be stored in the sheet of music. Strictly speaking, this information only corresponds to the tempo and time signature at the beginning of the piece.
B. Search for songs
By default, the most recently opened songs are displayed after starting the app. You can switch between the two tabs “Recently opened” and “All songs” at the top. The list of all songs is sorted by song title. The list of recently opened songs is sorted by the last time they were opened.
- To search for specific songs, tap on the “Filter & Search” button.
- You can filter by artist, title, instruments, keywords and genres. The list is updated as you type. The entry for artist and genre does not have to match exactly. All songs containing the entered text will be displayed.
- If you want to delete an entry, tap on the cross to the right of the field
- If you want to delete the filter completely, tap on “Reset”
C. Open a song
